Bree Salazar, has been most helpful to us from the very beginning of our search. Her professionalism and assistance has been invaluable.

It would be very much appreciated by all residents if the company will provide and place monitoring cameras within the community to provide extra protection and safety precautions. Thank you.

submitted by Angela F. - |Recommended: YesReview — An old resident told me to live here when I transferred job positions. She never had any crime issues March-December 2019 . There were no issues when I came in April of this year. But since then, there has been a rise in criminal activity here and it’s a bit concerning. I want to live in a safe community and not have to worry about my car or apartment getting broken into. Because this is not a gated community, I would highly suggest you have the local police department patrol our community. It’s either that or hire a security company to help with the uprising criminal activity. If something isn’t done soon about this, I may have to move for my safety.

submitted by David B. - |Recommended: NoBait Switch windows — Last Nov. 2021 I was invited to live here w the first month at 500.00 less. This year my renewal is 130 a month more. All other apt.'s renewals were anywhere from 30- 90. Why is mine higher To pay you back the 500 spread over 12 months for the renewal contract. Regarding grounds cleanliness...people are not picking up their poop directly on the walking trails. Their dog has black poop . Different from other normal dogs brown poop . Thank you for the handicapped spot. The maintenance staff is great. Property staff too. The only suggestions I have is double paned windows. Single pane windows lets the heat in during the summer and the heat out during the winter. Now that the rent went up you could replace my old dishwasher that is rusted and doesn't work well and the refrigerator that's tired and old too. Regarding the new painting there's an old saying. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.
